Street light opposite house number 1239, sector 28 is not working . Already complaint lodged on 3-11-08. Please take necessary action.

STREET LIGHT NOT WORKING
I am Living in A-136/B AYANAGAR EXT PHASE 5. The street light in my locality not working since 2 or 3 month even whole street is under darkness not a single light working here. i have made complaint by BSES coustomer center which no.[protected] and also make on line complaint by www.bsesdelhi.com which no. is :-01626 but after a long time when no action taken my cmplaint by BSES i try to make complaint inline again then system show your comlaint is under process... but still street light under darkness. This has become very dangerous due to darkness for the people and children who walk on road.i have try to trace complaint which i make by coustomer support but helpline person told me that he made a complaint and BSES engineer working on that i do not know how can BSES person so careless about complaint. than what meaing of coustomer support server or coustomer support center.
Please take it seriously as it matters to consumer right.

I am resident of D-115/1, South Anarkali, Delhi-51. In my street, street light is not working properly of second pole. So this is my humble request to replace this immediately becuase there is too much darkness in street in night it may be harmful for public.

Residence — installation of street light

Sir,
This is to inform you that I had complained about the installation of 'street light' (full body), in front of my premises, about 15 days back on the Tel: 2282969. I have reminded the person who attends the phone a number of times, but to no avail.
The light was destroyed by the personnel of your dept. when they were laying the new overhead cable in our locality.
The damaged body is lying in my premises.
I would request your good self to kindly have it done at the earliest.

Most the street lights in the area are not functioning
We need the respective authorities to take action on it

Dear Sir, Since last one month the street light in front of our house No:83, 18th Cross Street T.P.Chatram, 18th Cross Street. Has not working. So, i request you to do the needful as early as possible. Because we are feeling very uncomfortable in the area.

Street Lights — Street lights not lighting

Street lights on 4th main, Jayanagar- road linking south end circle to Rajalakshmi Kalyan mantap is being worked upon for metro route. As a result most of the street lights, especially on the last part of the road near Rajalaxmi kalyan mantap and 40th cross are not working. It is observed that taking advantage of the darkness a lot of anti social activities are taking place.
I request the authorities to restore all the street lights to discourage the same and also to ensure safety.
