Sukam — Inverter not working, and concerned person not coming

Since, 45 days, My SU-Kam Inverter is not working , i had complained to dealer " Paradise Inverters" located at Chas, Bokaro, and I had also complained to SU - Kam SERVICE CENTER Located at Dhanbad

Dealer usually says, the concern person will see into the matter.

I had mailed a complaint in the customer care of SUKAM company . But, no one has yet visited, I called at the DHANBAD SERVICE CENTER, a person came and says, he will talk at the service center and will respond accordingly, and till today, No one has responded yet,
Neither the SERVICE CENTER Nor the Dealer

kindly look in the matter.
