I am an attorney. I paid deposit to put my immigration office ad on sulekha. Due to some reasons, I had to cancel my order within 2-3 days of the initial talk and paying off the deposit. It 's been more than 6 months, Sulekha has not refunded my deposit. No work was ever done by Sulekha. It is hard to reach any responsible person. They do not respond to the emails or send standard reply that some one will get back to me and no one actually does. BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. NO BUSINESS ETHICS. Cheating expert brand-Sulekha

Sulekha, a so called big brand, supposedly helping the businesses and retails customers with their need.
My worst experience started with this company almost 8 months back when I started getting calls from their executive -Isha Jain. Everyday, at least 4-5 calls asking me to buy the listing for my business.
I kept telling them I am not interested and I need time to think but their calls never stopped.
Finally on Sep 20th- one of Sulekha’s executive -Mahesh Chawla came and presented a very nice story which was full of false promises and took Rs 35000 from me for "Red Listing."
After that for 1 week, no one bothered to update the listing nor to inform me. After round of follow ups, I told them no to go ahead and refund my money. From Sep 20th -till date, all I have got its FALSE promises and new excuse.
Recent update- I have sent them a legal notice. The question is not about my Rs 35, 000 but about the cheating. I am not the only victim of it. There are so many people around.
Now, all I want is, support from all of you so that we can stop such cheating and teach this company a lesson. We consumers are not here to be cheated.
Please join hands and tell this company, that we are going to put a hold on such malpractices.

This is a very very worst service ever anybody could get from this kind of a reputed company. This could make a customer of sulekha to feel its a fraud website, for making a rupee or crore, all about reputation.
I had lot of trust with sulekha, not only because my money was cheated, i feel i am cheated mainly becasue of your response to my calls at ur customer care regarding my money, it seems you dont respect your customer, i am going to write it to cusumer court about your fraudulent.

But, before subscribing and when i had been in ur free trial adverticement, i will be getting 4-5 sms's daily without mentioning the name and number who are all viewing my rental advertisement and also for viewing their number u will be telling me to subscribe. Even i will be getting calls from sulekha to subscribe my rental addvertisement.
So, this is the main reason i thought for this 1month rental subscription.
But, after subscribing ur rental service i got only 2 responses through ur site, but i dono how this happens, because-before subscribing, i will be getting 4-5sms daily, but after that subscription, i got only 2responses for the whole 27 days.
Its attempting to think me that, you are pulling ur customers to subscribe and getting the money from us. And after that ur skipping the days without doiny any service to us.
Regarding this issue, i had already spoken to a person Mz.Vaishnavi from ur side. She told me that she will be clearing my issue as soon as possible., even she asked for a week time to clear this., but it happens for 27days, my complaint is not yet cleared.
Even i will be calling to Mz.Vaishnavi (mobile number:[protected], but i cant able to get connected to her, some persons will be picking my call and telling me that she is not available or on leave.,
Wether this is the right way to treat a customer from this kind of a reputed company.

As they committed me that they will give minimum 4 to 5 leads per day and they have collected the fee for that as above said amount thru hand chaque received by mr, sandeep kumar chaudhary at my office c-72/a street no-1 ground floor bhjanpura delhi-110053 and his contact no which is [protected].
As per sulekha.com they are doing wrong commitment and fraud completed calls or repeated calls, so we are unable to get the business for the payment what we had paid to sulekha.com. Thanks a lot guys, i was planning to take a premium Advertisement package from Sulekha.com and was supposed to handover the check tomorrow, But thanks to this post, you guys saved me from being robbed professionally.

the worst company is suleka. acomplete fraud site, beware frnds, they have done fraud of 12, 000 with me
Sulekha.com is a cheater. I paid them 40, 000/- Rs. In advance to provide me the business Leads related to my web designing company. They committed to provide me 320 leads, its been almost a month now but there are only 2 leads provided by so called Sulekha.com whereas executive promised me to provide 40 leads/month. When I called up to the customer support they said there is no such comittement. Sulekha.com is a big cheater.

I am not at all in agreement with your response. The marketing executive told me that you will provide me around 40 leads in a month.
I have only received 2 leads so far in a month, one was not support to my business, and not at all happy with the services. I want my money back and if I don't get my money back I will go to the consumer support to file a lawsuit against Sulekha.com.

I came to know that I was placed among the free listed customers and this was done by Rinky Ghosh(kolkata branch). I want to know why it was done so.
Moreover while I was on the line and Tanushree questioned, Rinky Ghosh about her fault, at that time Rinky Ghosh used insulting, abusive or derogatory language against me which is unacceptable from any employee of a professionally managed company. When I asked Rinky ghosh directly about her foul language usage, she completely denied it and said I could go to any extent with my complaint and she did not care.
I want a stern step to be taken against her so that she feels how important clients are for a company.
