we took details of this sunita maid agency from Sulekha.com who sent me a maid servant on 13/3/2014, named manju i. For this service, I paid him Rs.35, 500/- in advance. The maid left house on 14.3.2014 without telling us, just left a written note. We were also assured of police verification of the maid already done by the Agency itself. We informed the agency immediately, He assured us a replacement within 2-3 days as per promised at the time of agreement. Now, neither he is giving us a replacement nor refunding our money as per its agreement. He has even stopped picking my phone now. The other phone no. given on his agreement (letter head), they are not responding.. And at Sulekha.com, there is no option to login our complaints. Please help me to get my money back.
