[Resolved]  Sulekha. Com — Refund for the services cancelled

We registered for lead generation yellow pages service from Sulekha.com
Our was registered with Sulekha.com under the name Chrysalis Software & Systems Pvt. Ltd
Order ID: 257044
We have email proof from Sulekha.com Sales person that if we are note satisfied with the service we can cancel the service and we will get the full refund within 45 days.

I have already sent a Legal notice to Sulekha Headquarters. But since then there is no follow up.
I have been told to that the refund has been processed but still not reflected on my credit card.
