[Resolved]  sunil kumar jain — non receipt of renewal passport

Dear Sir,

With best regards, i hereby request you that kindly let me now the position of the renewal or new passport for Mr Urvash Jain.

he has applied for the passport in Vancouver canada , his passport has been issued from Tokyo, his application no VAAC/30052011/0006/01.

FURTHER I HAVE CONTACTED TO TOKYO INDIAN EMBASSY AND THEY HAVE SAID THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PAPERS FROM VANCOUVER.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ISSUE THE PASSPORT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
