Any fool knows who has written the response to my complaint. Of course, sunrise themselves!!! Any way I have followed ur advise even before I saw ur response, dears... Their catalogue is great and I downloaded a pic of the sofa I wanted and got it done from a dealer here! It's even prettier than in the picture, and that too not in cheap sheesham wood, but in mahagony. At the same price! I'm sure u saw the pic I sent u... Thanx a million!!! :)
your experience seems to be so true, even from last one week i am trying to get reply for a bedroom set but even after making several calls and mail their is no response either phone is cut off or not answered looks-like he is not interested in doing business .somehow i am getting a feeling that i am desperate to buy. horrible response system i don't know how long he can sustain with this kind of arrogant attitude

I have waited more than 3 months for my order. And they keep delaying it everytime.
My emails get the same reply everytime with a new date of dispatch.
The customer service is completely useless and there is no contact person available to give me a clear explanation.
After 4 delays, I finally asked for a refund, and they are not responding positively to that.
I think it’s a fraud company. And want to know the ways to get my money back.
I am filing a police complaint and will go to consumer court to find a solution.
Because I have paid in full, an amount of Rs. 16, 000! I won’t let it go to waste..

The furniture exhibited and sold by this company looks all great and amazing, until you order from them and realise you have made the worst decision of your life. We had ordered furniture worth almost a lakh, and it was duly delivered. However, little did we know that within a few months we were going to have the most terrifying experience! It began with "grating" noises coming from the furniture itself, followed by residues of wood powder seen on the floor around and under the furniture. All the pieces of furniture are infested with wood borer insects/worms and are slowly eating away at it! Even the pest control did not work.
What's worst is, SEVERAL EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE OWNER JETAIN AGARWAL WITH IMAGES AS PROOF. But not a single response has been received. We have had a horrible experience and do not wish the same for anyone, we have been telling everyone or anyone to stay clear from buying from this place. It is quite sad, because the furniture looks good.
But If they cannot make furniture with the good quality wood that they "claim", they should not make such claims. All the furniture that we received is made of wood which was not cured or matured.

We had ordered a solid wooden chest of drawers in January. It was due to come in april but arrived only in July. When we received the product the back was cracked and top was coming off. After waiting so long we received a damaged product and asked them to refund or replace the product, to which they replied that we should find a local carpenter (they would pay 200-300 rs) and provide glue! This is absolutely pathetic after sales service, no communication after the payment is made and no responsibility taken for any damage.

We have bought full 3bhk furniture with them 3 years back and wanted more stuff so contacted them last month.They were very helpful in informing that they are temporarily not doing Indian retail at this moment and they referred us to another company.I am not sure what went wrong with your communication with them.There must be some misunderstanding.I found them very professional.
Anyways since you and them were not committed to an order considering that you have not paid anything and i assume from your message that you had only made a general enquiry to them which they refuse (for whatever reason) hence you should chill and move on and buy from someone else...
