Why your company doesnt takes any steps on mfgr of duplicate suraksha hoses? it effects original sales and reputation also cause of low quality. Its very easy to find network.
On 8th Feb'08 my Director & Finance Manager suddenly called me and told we are recieved complain against you from Board memeber & auditor, so Management decied that you are no longer needed for service with immediatelly relieved with giving the one month of salary. And they suggested that for your future career purpose you only submit your resignation. As per their directive I have been submitted by resignation. After some day I went o ask my 8 days salary for Feb'08, that time they told can't give the salary for these days, if you needed write a letter to serve the notice. As per directive again I wrote a gave the letter. But they are responded properly and I also wrote that Please don't accept my resignation instead of this service me a notice and pay my salary for 8 days. After 40 days they only deposited 8 days salary to my account. For my resignation they are not given the acceptance letter (acknowledgement copy) also. After that I wrote letter to Board member but they did'nt taken any action against this and not solved also till.
So my question is that 1) Can I able to get my job back ? 2) And Can I able to get my back wages from that date (when I submitted resignation they paid 30 days of salary for next month to go out - is any where employer paying the salary for additional one month for employee) 3) What action thru legally can be taken
