One of the worst customer service .Please don't purchase tataphoton plus . I am using last six months. I raised four complaints. With out resolution they will close the ticket. Support team says they will provide speed 20 kbps/sec. I was wondering how they are getting awards, I believe that any award purchasable in India.... (best product of the year, nd tv of the year for tata photon). There is no communication between 1 department to other department. they will waste your time to transfer your call 1 department to another.
I completely agree with you. I am also facing the same problem like TataPhoton+ speed is below 100kbps. I don't know how people will get the awards for poor quality of service. I hope the problem is with the Government and our IPC, with all the scams(2G) ISP providers are able to survive with poor QoS.

Squarefoot properties are absolutely not a cheater.
