I purchased Suzuki GS150R on 26th January 2011.
Initially, bike was just awesome! Great smoothness with no vibrations. Slowly, front disc break started making irritating sound, so I went for 1st servicing. They did some cleaning on it and it stopped making noise. After a week, again the disc break noise started adding chain noise as well. I went to service centre, they suggested me a repair. I agreed and they did few cleaning activities. Again a week gone and all problems came up. There was a service camp arranged for Suzuki owners. I went to that camp, they fixed all above things for free but as usual problems started showing up within a week. I opted for 2nd servicing, and told them clearly, if the problem doesn’t get solved this time, I would be raising a complaint against you. They promised, but from yesterday I could hear the same noise again. Today, I would be filling a case in Suzuki service centre, if they don’t get ready to accept their mistake I would be filling a complaint in Consumer court.
One more thing, I didn’t get meaning for “Free Servicing”. It’s just a labour surcharge waiver. Every time Suzuki’s free service has cost me around Rs.500 to Rs.700, which is making me to think, if purchasing Suzuki’s bike was a right decision?
If anyone of you came across the same problem, and Suzuki could help you out, please do contact me on [protected].
