[Resolved]  swapna motors — Bad manner

Hello everybody,

I m staying in Bhubaneswar,Orissa.

I purchased Tata Indica Vista in 2009 from Swapna Motors.

I did all the sevices according to the scheduled time and

procedures.

And in the last servicing time,Swapna Motors had not balanced the wheel

allignment and I checked it after I got my car,when I called them for this

cause they denied the charge.

Finally a long argument starts and they returned money for the wheel

allignment bill.

Then I went to Swapna Motors for changing my front glass,the matter starts

now .Everybody of the Swapna Motors emplyees and the insurance staffs

started to play with me and roughly spoke to me.

Even they replied me like this "Take your car and surrender them".

Some staffs of Swapna Motor and insurance staffs are very stupid and they

don't know how to behave customers.

So my suggestions to everybody don't go to Swapna Motors and please go

to other dealers like Bharat Motors or other dealers for purchasing the Tata

cars.
