We have provided Placement of IT proffessional based on their requirement and the candidate has been joined well before 10 Months but the company is under deniel mode whereus they have accepted that services wrere provided . Invoice has been sent but despite of several followup mails company is not releasing our Payment and our continousely lingering an issue.

It is requested to the competent authority to interveine in the matter and help us to get our payment from the Syntel Inc. Pune. Concern Authority Name is Mr. Umesh Nair - AM Sourcing to whom we are intrracting .
