I under sign, Mr Rajesh Patrike, B.E. Electronics – Prop. Of “SYS Com” (MSI Unit in Web Enable Services) ; register hotel booking with following details.

Booking done through: Ezeego1.com ([protected])
Booking Invoice No: I[protected]
Booking Date : 17.11.2008 to 20.11.2008 (Means 17.11.2008 00:00 Hrs to 20.11.2008 24:00 Hrs)

As per our booking shedule (with date and time), i reached Hotel Kamat – Siddarth, Nashik on 17.11.2008 03:45 AM and leave on 20.11.2008 18:00 PM

Manager from Hotel Kamat – Siddarth, Nashik has charged for 1 day extra stay charge Rs 1650.00 saying “check out time 10 AM” as hotel rule. As I have not done booking at receiption of Hotel Kamat – Siddarth, Nashik, so I am not applicable to pay for 1 day extra charge.

As manager misbehaveus, so I have paid Rs 1650.00 through my ICICI bank debit card. Refer attachment copy of paid amount against invoice.

• Note :
o Invoice given for 1 days extra stay does not have Tax Invoice.
o Cash Memo given for 1 day Non-Ac confernace on Letter head ; Refused to give Tax Invoice.

Now consider this complaint on highest priority and update us. Else I will fire legal consumer forum court case against Hotel Kamat – Siddarth, Nashik.

Hello,
I have been to kamat, gadag. This afternoon and I had food and later when I asked bill he simply told some amount and i give him simply but then I realized that I paid more than I eat. Then I asked him a bill to which he got scared and give a bill which was clearly showing a difference of amount 24. But he managed to cheat me and gave only 18 rupees back. This one is small but they are doing it many people. This is not management mistake but cashier and the server are playing game smartly.
