[Resolved]  Tahsildar office — Inheritance certificate not issued

My name is Malli Narayana, S/o.M.Ramaiah (Late), resident of Adavicolony, west Gudur, Nellore Dist..

My mother Smt. Malli Sarasamma, W/o. M.Ramaiah (Late) was died on 13.07.2003 in my own house at Adavicolony, Gudur, due to illness. She is uneducated and no earning person. That time our lake of knowledge we are not registered in Birth & Death Register and our area Anganavadi people also not registered in their register.

Then I applied for a Death certificate in our office on 25.01.2010. As per MRO's orders our VRO Mr. G.Ramanaiah was finished his enquiry on above death and submit his enquiry report along with application to ASO madam in MRO office, but she told me that I am not accept your application without RI signature. Then I request our RI Mr.Niranajan Sir, but he told me that must provide any proof of your mother’s death otherwise I am not sign in it.

In the time of application I submitted Challan for 50/- and Affidavit form Notary along with the application. Still that MRO office people ask me proofs of my mother’s death. How can I submit more proofs?

My application contains:
• Treasury challan for 50/-
• Affidavit from Notary
• VRO Mr. G.Ramanaiah’s Enquiry report

So, I request your goodselves kindly help me to get my mother’s death at the earliest.

Sir, recently i applied for the post o[censored]DC in HEAVY WATER BOARD-BARODA. The recruitment cell send their profarma of sc/st certificate on 2/8/11, they asked to get attestation from TAHASHILDAR and send it back. I went to tahashildar office on 4/8/11 and got signatures of VRO & RI, then it sent to typist for bookrecord and she entered (entry no:679) and said that to come on evening at 4'o clock and search in the tray for your application (where the applications put after the final stamped by TAHASHILDAR) i searched for my application on 4'o clock, i didn't find it and went to typist for the information she said that " i dont know, it's not my matter and dont ask me she said on some one else" no one is responsible about my application. They haven't given any reply for 2 days, please take proper action on them of their irresponsible please make assurance in the public on govt, and take proper actions on them for not losing a job like me.. India facing un employement because of these persons only.. Thank you..

Me apne freind ke sath aaya hu income certificate bana ne ke liye uske dad ka lips cancer ka opration hua hai hm log 2din se tahisildar ke office me arhe hai or hamare jaise or bhi kitne log hai lekin yaha koi senior nhi hai jis wajah se hm me se kisi ka bhi kam nhi ho paa rha hai hm sb kafi pareshan hai andar jo log bethe hai wo bol rhe hai sahab meeting me hai 2 din se konsi meeting chal rhi hai ke sahab ke pass itna bhi time nhi hai hamare liye kal bhi ham log 11:30 ko aaye the or 2:30 ko gaye aaj me 10am se yahi hu abhi tk sahab ka koi ata pata nhi hai abhi13:18 ho rha hai
Kya faida aise sahab ka jo time pe kam nhi aaye emergency ke time pe he to aise jarurat padti hai inse or uss time bhi wo log jagah pe maujood nhi milte very bad

I m Here at Kalka Tehsil office (Haryana), we r waiting here for tehsildar so that our documents must be signed by him but he is not present here & no other senior officer, is here so that our work is delaying here, what is provision here is his (officers) time is only valuable. We citizens doesn't have any importance in the eye sight of Govt, this system needs change

my complaint is flooding amount not received. because my account ifsc is not correct, but i got the IFSC changed and gave a photo copy of it to the tehsildar office. it has been 10 days since i gave me a photo copy of my bank passbook. but no action from tehsildar office and no received amount in under 10 days.
what process is this where my money did not come online within 10 days?
the department is making excuses.
