I had ordered a Diwali gift for my family. It was a Leaf Design White Metal Crystal Dry Fruit Bowl Set (Receipt Number : 20199). When the gift box was opened, the bowl set was broken and the raisins were spoiled and damp.

I tried calling their customer support number but to no avail. I also left the complaint in their email support but that too was of no use. Now I'm stuck with useless product and neither able to get it replaced nor get the refund.

I would like these guys to either replace the damaged product or refund my money ASAP.

We did receive your email on 8th of November, 2010 and we had replied to you on 9th of November, 2010 stating that our support team has already forwarded your complaint to the concerned vendor and are awaiting their response. Moreover, one of our support team members tried to get in touch with you on the contact number[protected] which you have mentioned in your billing address while placing the order but came to know that this contact number is of the recipient.

Furthermore, with regard to your concern about your try of getting in touch with our support team on call, please note that our phone numbers were not working and have started working from today only.

In order for our support team to act upon this situation, they will required to know your consent whether you would like a redelivery of the order or a refund.

Our support team member will be sending a reply to their last email to you. Kindly reply back to that email with your consent.

Today, you had a talk with one of our representatives in which you have informed him to refund your payment. Per your talk, we will be arranging for the cancellation of your order and refund of your payment.
