[Resolved]  Tally Academy / Uttarpara, Bally, Howrah - 711201 — Improper use of the "Goodwill of Tally India Pvt. Ltd "

In response to the Bengali Daily "Ananda Bazar Patrika" I,namely Smt.Rumki Chakraborty, house wife, MA and Diploma on Information technology,WB was admitted for Tally ERP9 on 07.4.09( Course fees Rs.7600/- paid for 8 -12 months & student ID No. 0144) in Tally Academy/ Uttarpara at 6/1,G.T.Road/Bally/ Howrah-711201, which is formally run by Sri Debashis Ganguly, director of M/S. Deekay Softlogies Pvt Ltd.

After completion of Volume-I I noticed some sort of irregularities regarding their teaching process and conduction of examination process. Being disappointed I personally inquired the matter from other 13 Tally Academies like Barasat, Birati, Behala etc. which were advertised together in the newspaper under one block of Tally Academy along with Tally Academy / Uttarpara. Most surprisingly, I noticed that the rules and regulations of Tally Academy /Uttarpara like course fees,Re-admission fees,and late fees are different from others, intentionally the authority of that particular Institute of Tally Academy /Uttarpara has no fair motive to complete the course in time, moreover they are always busy to carry out the course beyond normal duration.As a result all students including myself were forced to pay extra amounts of money like Re-admission fees Rs.750/-,per month extra late tuition fees Rs. 400/-, penalty fees Rs. 125/- for every time unsuccessful candidates ( I was declared failed four times).

It is learn t verbally from Sri Tanmoy Chatterjee, the Study- in- charge of Tally India Pvt. Ltd , 5/2, Russel Street, Kolkata-71 that there is no direct or indirect or legal tie-up between Tally Academy / Uttarpara and Original Tally India Pvt Ltd, as the former did not deposit money to latter and its account remained unaudited. I preferred appeal to Sri Debashis Ganguly on 20.4.11to let me know the authority under which the above amounts he had received from me ,while Tally Academy /uttarpara had no recognition from Tally India Pvt. Ltd. I had also appealed to Sri Tanmoy Chatterjee on 21.04.11 to give me in writing that they had no tie up with Tally Academy / Uttarpara. Till date I have not received any reply from them.
Under this situation, I wish that Tally Academy /Uttarpara should be punished for cheating students by improper use of "Goodwill of Tally India Pvt. Ltd". At same time, I want my money Rs. 9000/- already paid to the fake Tally Academy/ Uttarpara be refunded to me.
