Talwalkars — Delay in payment

I have a strong believe that Talwarkars are bankrupt. After a year of follow (almost 20-30 telephonic calls) at their Baroda (Alkapuri) branch, I got my legitimate deposit by way of a cheque of Rs. 25k (under an FD annual scheme); and that too frustratingly the CHEQUE WAS RETURNED as they don’t have sufficient funds. None of the guys in Baroda (Gujarat) are responding – at least 10-15 telephonic calls. Ah! This is ridiculous. Seriously, thinking to sue them off.
