Tamilnadu Government — death claim yet to settle

My maternal uncle died last year.. he was working in a govt school and got retired . he died on his 83 years. the settlement and all given to the treasury with in a month . but when ever we go they are telling all got approve, the same will be delivered...but we are really got fed up of visiting the place. how to get the solution.
