Hi, I am here to submit a cheating complaint about Sriharsha, Sr, HR Tarang Technologies Bangalore. He knows how to make a person himself drop an offer...He had arranged for an interview with volvo (as the Volvo HR had themselves referred the resume) and was not keen on my offer as I demanded 3.5 LPA with a exp of 4 + years.He was looking for a person with no skills who could join for 2 LPA. He told me though my CTC is 3.5 LPA, the take home would be 20 K and the rest will go to company...He even did not roll out an offer...all these were after I called up several times about my offer.He even told me about a bond for 2 years and submitting my original degree certificates...This person could go t any cheap level..not trustworthy to represent any company..wonder how Tarang made him sr. executive HR....Please beware of Tarang Tech and this person Sriharsha.. i strongly disagree with the posting.
do you even know the meaning of consumer complaint, do you have a valid evident against the issue you have posted. please display your identity, so that we can sort it out. if proven wrong the concern person will file a case against you for misusing his name and contact details.
think again and again before writing some comments like this against any professional in a public forum.
if dare enough disclose your identity and prove the cheating by HR. i am sure he would be having enough evident to prove him right.

Request you and all not to put such comments about a Sr Professional HR with your false motives.
If you are genuine enough, then disclose your identity and may prove you wrong. However in this case if you are proven to be sharing wrong information about an individual then your comments made will be declared fake and you might be pulled to the court of justice.
