[Resolved]  TATA 407 — Unsatisfactory Parts and services .

We regret to inform you the Due to non satisfactory parts fitted in your LCV product TATA 407 Euro III , the customers just like us , suffers very bad conditions . We have Purchased TATA 407 Euro-III bearing Registration no. DL 1L P 2529 on[protected], From very first week we faced many issues related to electrical Fuses . The Fuses used to blow every 20 to 25 Days.
We have not altered any kind of wiring or any other electrcal equipments, Even we have not fitted any kind of stereo or any other lights. Even after that all the wiring has been burnt on 30.05.2011. We have taken the vehicle to the S.P. motors (P) Ltd. As directed by Emergency Helpline of TSS Vehicles.
But they haven’t any equipment and labour to check the problem (i.e., laptop and Cds) . They also informed us that the services and parts are changeable on chargeable basis . These are not covered by company warranty. The parts are not available and will be available after 15 days.
This all because of bad quality products installed in your Vehicle.
Please go through the matter and resolve the following issues :
1) Please make the parts available as soon as possible and rectify the problem , As this cause us financial loss of 1500.00 daily.
2) Get the Vehicle checked by senior and capable staff.
3) Get the Vehicle repaired Free of Cost , as it comes under warranty . The Vehicle carried and maintained properly.
