TATA - AIG life insurance — NOT GOT THE RECOVERY LETTER
Dear sir,I was working with TATA-AIG Life 6 months back.But till now after doing all the efforts, I have not got my F & F amount. The HR there are so casual in doing their work, even an employee has to suffer through their faults.You can imagine how they would have treated the customers.So, I just want everybody to know about this & pray every one pls say NO to join this sort of fraud company and also say NO to have a policy there.

TATA - AIG life insurance — Non refund of doubly paid premium
My policy premium was due on 01.08.2008 which is 01.09.2008 including grace period. I got premium reminder letter from the company in end of July and I posted the cheque to company in pre-addressed envelope which I received alongwith premium reminder letter on 12.08.2008. On 26th of Aug I checked up with their customer care cell and got to know that they have not yet received any cheque. I immediately deposited another cheque at their branch which they got credited. In week's time my old cheque also got debited to my account from TATA AIG. I wrote letter to them on 16th Sep for refund of excess premium paid. Till date I am only getting replies from the company that " we really apologize for the inconvenience. We will reply you back in 3 -4 working days" Its more than a month now and I have not yet received my payment. TOTALY UNORGANISED COMPANY WITH SHORT TERM APPROACH. Requesting you all to recheck and rethink before approaching TATA AIG for policy
