[Resolved] TATA-AIG Motor Insurance — Cheat, misbehavior, rude, negligence | |||
Hi, This is wrt my claim no[protected]KA-02MB-7628), the claims person in advaith intimated that he had intimated the tata-aig people for the insurance claim on monday 22nd morning, But your surveyor reached there only in the evening and after 2 days, on 24th evening Mr Prasad ([protected])from Tata-aig insurance called me up to inform me that the claim is going to dishonoured,his behaviuor was very inapproriate and rude with me. He accused me of cheated the TATA-AIG, He never gave any apportunity to me to talk. I clearly mentioned to him I never hid any thing, I even told him that I had told/mentioned the fact to the Tata-aig about my previous claims and I will challenge this. I request you to furnish recording of all the calls I had with the insurance advisors over phone. So, the truth will come out. People like me are having high regards only because of of the name and the brand of TATA, its very unfortunate that people like Prasad(tata-aig) are going to spoil your company reputation. I also fwdwd my concern to [protected]@md4.vsnl.net.in;[protected]@gmail.com;[protected]@gmail.com By withstanding my recent unpleasant experience with TATA_AIG, I am planning to discontinue my association with TATA-aig by not nenewing my policy with TATA-aig. Car Insurance — misbehave & threatening by surveyor
dear sir,my vehicle no up53y5797 under covour ur policy no[protected] got accident on 2-3-2012 & infomed ur garage M/S car care Gorakhpur same day .Your surveyour Mr.Raghav appointed to take nessesary action & fomalities to help me. After 5-6 days he met me & told i[censored] r going according to me , i passed total loss to your vehicle. I am a businessman,my moral can't allow such type of action than he told me that i will see you becouse i am the final authourity and are not about to know me, i am from ITAWAH- "I can, which i want " I SEE THAT WHO PASSED YOUR CLAIM WITHOUT MY CONCENT .
Sir, today when i call him to know about my vwhicle which was lying last 45 days with your garage he again threignten me and challange that if you want to sattle your claim you must come with my path. I request you firstly that you to change this person, who dammage the reputation & business
becouse the custmer service and satisfation is priority of the company

Tata-AIG litteraly cheated me by telling the stupid reasons and they are working here unprofessional and there is guy called saravanan he doenst know english and driving everyone crazy.Tata-AIG has not taken / replied about my complaint about the stupid as well as my problem
