Tata Credit Card — NOC not received

I was TATA credit card holder ([protected]) from June 2012 to April 2013 and till i closed my account i didn't get my monthly statement to my registered mail id or official address. Called and logged complaint with TATA customer care couple of times, they informed will be sending it but till i closed my account i did not get even a single statement. In the month of November 2012 i informed customer care, will make payment only if i get the statement but no one bothered to respond. i have got calls from TATA credit card payment team and they were only insisting me to make the payment, i refused and told them i will be making the payment only if i get the statement which continued for 3 months. At last i got frustrated, paid the total amount and closed the account in the month of April 2013 and also applied for NOC, later i found that i was added to defaulters list in CIBIL. Even after closing my account i did not receive NOC/No Due certificate from them till now. I have called customer care today to check the status,

My question here is, why should i make the payment if i am not getting my statements, how will i know the charges levied and the payments made from June 2012 are reflecting to my account. so every time i call them and log a complaint i get one answer "Extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused", we will log a complaint next month you will be getting it, but it didn't happen till now. Because of them now i have to pay the late payment charges. I made nearly Rs.8000 extra for my actual amount and closed it. One strange thing here is I will not even receive any alerts for the payment i made, but will receive alerts for payment dues. THIS IS REALLY VERY FRUSTRATING, there are many complaints logged or filled against TATA CREDIT CARD, but is there any action that is taken against them?

I want to clarify some things here is, if BANK has all the rights to imply Late payment charges and adding to defaulters list in CIBIL. Why can't a customer have the same rights if BANK is not providing the minimum service promised.

This is totally unethical and cheating against me. People should be VERY VERY careful while taking TATA credit card.

With due respect I RHITOBROTO GUPTA of 3, Raja Gopi Mohan Street, Kolkata-700006 (Land mark- Scottish church school - BEADON STREET ) DATE OF BIRTH - 31/10/1979, like to state you that due to wrong printting of mailling address in your books & forms (Postal pin -700065) I am not able to receive the Credit card from you whose no is - [protected], which is issued in favour of me & confrmed on 26/02/2008 in mob no- [protected] but from that date I already sends so many Fax-es to you quoting my wright mailling address, all sending was rulled out by your Customer care cell ( but the PIN no of the credit card was already received by me ) please look into this matter & comfrmed me about the same on the basis of which I will not try for the card again. Thanks in advance

One of your marketing executive come to my office to give me credit card free.
Its been 1 month after it, i havent received any notification, whether will u issue me card or not?

I would like to take a new EMI credit card facility from ICICI bank.I called to your Trivandrum office.But no body is taking phone.Also i called your executive Mr Manu.He is also not taking the phone.What is this???Can you please give me the number of credit card section.

DEAR FRIENDS, DONT BELIEVE ON HDFC CREDIT CARD. THEY BLOCKED MY SAVING ACCOUNT AND DEBITED RS 11344/- FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT. THEY CALLED ME THAT THEY WILL SEND NOC . I GOT STATEMENT DATED 03-07-10 MENTIONING RS 135-91/- AS MIN AMOUNT DUE . THIS IS TOTTALU CHEATING EXPERIENCE.

I HAVE GOT MAIL FROM CREDIT CARD CENTER THAT I WILL BE RECEIVING NOC SHORTLY ALSO THEN WHY I SHOULD GET STATEMENT OF MIN AMOUNT DUE . THIS IS MONEY MAKING ACTIVITY BY BANK . THEY KNOW THAT CONSUMER WILL FIGHT AND IN THE MEAN TIME THEY WILL PUT PENALTY ON MIN AMOUNT DUE AND THIS MIN AMOUNT DIE OF RS 135.91 WILL BECOME MORE THAN RS 1000/- AS MIN AMOUNT DUE .

Tata Credit Card — Unable to get a statement

I am sick and tired of trying to contact Tata Cards customer service. I want my statement so that I can make the payment. They keeping telling me that they would mail it to me. They NEVER take calls. It takes hours to get through...what should I do...
