NON ISSUE OF NOC CERTIFICATE FOR CAR

I PURCHASED TATA INDICA XETA model CAR IN JUNE 2008 WITH FINANCING THRU TATA FINANACE WHICH WAS DONE BY THE TATA DEALER M/S AUTOLINK.
I MADE THE PAYMENT THRU ECS FROM MY ICICI ACCOUNT.

LAST PAYMENT WAS MADE IN MAY 2011.

IT WAS ALMOST 2 MONTH PAST I HAVE N'T RECEIVED ANY LETTER FROM TATA FINANCE LTD STATING ISSUANCE OF NOC - SO THAT I CAN GET REMOVE THE HYPOTHETACATION FROM REGISTRATION.

IT SEEMS I MADE A MISTAKE TO LOAN FROM TATA FINANCE LTD.
