We bought a Tata Indica Vista on June 18,2009 from ARAS,Madurai. In the scratch card we got a cell phone gift.The dealers told that we would get the cell phone within 10 days.But inspite of repeated remainders we did not receive the gif even after 5 months.We also complained to the head office of Tata cars.They assured as that they would take the matter with the dealer.But nothing happened.kindly take action against the dealer ARAS.
