Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Sanjay Shahi S/o Mr.Satrughan Shahi, Address house no 113, ward no 23, Shahi Kunj, Kharmora, Korba Chhattisgarh, I am buy one Indica Vista Terra TDI Engine No 4751DT4EYYP29537, Chassis No. MAT608533BPE45670, TR No. on 18-June-2011 for your dealer ship in Korba branch Amber Automobiles main road Vypar Vihar Bilaspur C.G.495001,[protected].
That vehicle is under warranty only 9 months & total kilometer run only approx 24888, my vehicle 1st problem in January-2012 starting to engine, I am take the vehicle to your Korba New dealer ship BUDHIA AUTO (Budhia Associates) that mechanics are check my vehicle & define the problem in fuel pump is not worked, so that dealer ship BUDHIA AUTO is repair the my vehicle pump but vehicle is not preformed properly because I am not aver the vehicle maintenance they forcedly told to me your vehicle is OK.
2nd problem in my vehicle on 24-Mar-2012 AC is not worked (not cooling) then I am again take the vehicle to BUDHIA AUTO (Budhia Associates), there one service advisor MR.VIKASH TIWARI is told to me that vehicle AC compressor is burned & we will send to the company for replacement, so I’m also told to him (MR.VIKASH TIWARI) my vehicle engine oil is less every one month & smoke drain is very heavily, so service advisor MR.VIKASH TIWARI is told to me the problem in engine side please left the vehicle in dealer ship we are send the engine & AC compressor for warranty replacement & delivered the vehicle within 15 days then I’m left the vehicle in BUDHIA AUTO (Budhia Associates).
After 15 days dated 08-APR-2012 I am gone to BUDHIA AUTO (Budhia Associates), then service advisor MR.VIKASH TIWARI is told to me & father your vehicle warranty is not claimed because your registration is not done & we sold your vehicle you all go to our home. My father is very frustrated they are very old person 65 years he is told me son we are very hopeless & we left to home. Next I’m search the number of Tata India customer care [protected] & call to this number they told me under 96 hrs. get the result of your vehicle end.
Dated 08-APR-2012 approx 20:30 night one service advisor MR.Satya Soni ([protected]) call to me and say Wednesday Nagpur Tata Team is coming in our dealer ship for check your engine so you don’t come to dealer ship we handled this matter.
Sir/ Madam, kindly request to you please solve this matter, we are very sad and upset, which is my father and family were depressed. me and my family always be grateful to you for this favor.
