I had send e mail to both the officer as same as quoted.

I am very sorry to say that what you people are taking care of customer. Today evening I had a telephonic talk with Mr Rahul of ICICI Lombard, Jabalpur who assuring me that he will send a copy of my New car's Insurance policy to my postal address as well as to my email id narrated over phone. But you failed to do so.
On other hand Mr Mahendra singh who is totally irresponsible in doing business or taking a good faith of a privilege customer.
I had purchased New Indigo CS on 30/06/09 but delivered on 13/07/09 after total touch to Jabalpur by myself. Till date I havent got my Invoice / sale letter or My insurance policy. For the above I had send an email to mahendra singh earliar but have n't got any fruitful result.
Iam very sorry to say this complaint will send to CONSUMER FOURM if it is not taken seriously now it self.''

On sunday 20/07/09 during RTO checking in Jayant police station I came to know that Insurance policy is not valid now. After my repeated request to Police officer, he spare me with the assurance that I will not drive until having the valid papers. Copy of insurance copy which they e mailed is attached. pls find the attachment.
during every drive to my office which is 15 kms far from my residence facing problems & having a mental
harassment during drive.
