DT 28.9.2011 FOLLOWING ARE THE REPEATED CORRESPONDENCE WITH TATA NANO FOR REFUND OF BOOKING BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE. ********************************************************* Dt 8.9.2011 I believe that customer service has sent only a auto generated message and nobody listen/read or write any communication to their clients. Is this the behavior of the esteemed company like TATA. For God sake kindly provide the solution to get my refund back. Should i assume that TATA has forfeited my booking amount or has taken voluntarily donation from our side. I am a retired senior citizen widow, please pass this Message to Sh Ratan Tata to do the justice.
