[Resolved]  Tata - SBI Credit Card — Haven't got the card but charged

This is Swapnil Gaurshettiwar from Pune.
I have applied for TATA-SBI [protected]@ Croma outlet.
I haven’t received the card but surprisingly I have received the SMS alert to pay 386.05 Rs.

May I know against which account number I need to pay this amount ?
What’s my card number ?
Where is my Card ?

Credit Card — Havent received Credit card

Could you please let me know the status of my application.
Your associate came to me, took all the relevant documents.
I had a confirmation call done also both at my office and my cell number.
But, after all this also, I havent received the card.
Could you please let me kow the reason of delay.
