Sir, This is to bring to your notice that from the day i had purchased this vehicle, iam facing lot of problems & still your service centre people have not given me any saticfactory result.Following are my problems :
1) All my Five Doors not functioning properly, even after twice or thrice given to your service centre.
2) Lights for the kilometer is only working when dipper is used.
3) All the seat belts are not functioning proerly.
4) One of the key remote is not working properly .
5)steering noise is coming.
Like these many other problems iam facing but till date it has not been resolved.
My vehicle is still in the service centre from 6th of May.This is very unrealistic because all the problems have been brought to the notice during the First servicing.
These is becoming so frustrating that i will be forced to go to the Consumer court or lodge a complaint through media.
This iam telling you because i have paid full amount through loan & for this iam paying the EMI -15000/-.So tell me all this things i have not done to make my car stand in the service centre.
Kindly give me a positive response & prompt action.
Already i had a word with Mr.Sanjay, Director of Fortune Cars Ltd., Powai.He is also giving only false promises .If you people are not taking any action, then either take back your vehicle or replace me with a new vehicle.
