Mera no. [protected] hai joki mene abhi kuch din pehle hi liya hai, mene jo no. liya hai usme mujhe 1200 calls free mili thi, likin mere phone no. me se 600 calls kam ho gaye hai. Mene jab apke costumer care me pata kiya to mujhe unhone kaha ki apne kombo hero super wala no. liya hai or ye sirf saumsung ke set me hi chalega or isiliye calls delete ho gaye hai or ye ab wapas nahi milengi. Isse ye pata chalta hai ki aap sirf no. bekte hai or baad me apne customers ko paresan karte hai or misguide khud karte hai or unhi ki calls kaat deete hai. Par jab mene aapki company ka ye no. Purchase kiya to na hi mujhe us dukandar ne ye bataya or na hi aapki company ki taraf se koi sms ya call nahi aaye ki ye no. kis set me use karna hai. Or na hi mere No. ke packet par aisi koi instructions likhi thi jisse mujhe pata chalta. Isliye aapse nivedan hai ki mere no. se jo calls aapne delete ki hai vo mujhe vapas di jaye nahi to mein consumer court mein ye case dalungi aapki company ke khilaf or news me bhi aapki company ke bare me chapwaungi.
