I very much agree with you sir. I was been supposed to recieve a courier Dwb No.[protected] about 6 days back but I haven't yet got it. Its been held up for octroi for all these 6 days at the same Nigdi branch you are referring to. Why does it need so many days to get cleared is beyond me. When I tried to call them, their number was always busy. After about five hours of persistent calling, when the call finally connected, I was told to call up some other number whowill address my enquiry about the courier. When I tried to call that number, it was the same story of not getting connected again. And believe it or not, when it got connected, I was again told some other number to call to. This whole process kept repeating for about six cycles when finally the last guy again told me the first number and I was left stranded. Considering the service they have, I am sure they won't even bother about this webpage of complaints.

My material has booked from roorkee on 25-11-09, docket no[protected] and[protected] dt 27-11-09 already u have given a delivery date 29-11-09 but still now we didnt get material and also any message.
and also we contact the person by name Mr. hussain hubli branch(manager), he said that i am helpless.. until material reach our office.after that he told us to contact Mr R.S. Goutam (pune branch manager) that person is not ready speak. and he is not responding...
So what we have do, we have already losed our lakstogher orders
So, who will be response for that... this first time ... many time they made mistake...
So, This time I am going to file a case in consume court... and also you are losing business from our side... hope you will take seriously..this matter.

iam working in shoppers stop last 3 years in logistics.last month 21/2/12 we send to stock blrdc25 boxes lr no:[protected] gp no:-340 in this consign ment dc guys are (Reekbok shoes) 11 pcs short received.we counted&packed security presence only. how can come short 11 pcs please suggest me. we are not confidence to give us your courier.Please investgate which location is fraud.11 pcs short impossible .all the boxes full packed.but dc guys received some boxes received space in boxes.
