I am also suffering from their service and facing the same problem like i bought the split a/c from them and now the indoor unit is not working and when i approached the agency at karunagappally Darsana traders they said the company is closed down so there are not spare parts available for this a/c.
Our Air conditioner is Out of Order from 3 months. and We are contacting you. But you are not attending us. so we are vey unsatisfied from your service. very cheap kind of service you provide.

I am frustrated buying TCL Airconditioner.
I had especially bought 1.5 ton AC in the year 2007. I am frustrated with their service.
We keep on calling them and no one entertains our complaints. We are within the warranty period too. Then too no entertainment of our calls.
Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers?????????
For you all Customer service is most important is this how you do it.

I would request no one to buy any products of theirs as there is no service.
I am going to lodge a complaint against TCL in the consumer forum.

I have taken TCL Air Condition (Split AC) 1.5 tonn. But, it was always comming to repair. Now I am realising how far I done a big big big big mistake to choose the TCL. This is worst worst worst. as regards to my complaints a lot, the service center personnel has shown their inability as the part censor is not available, since 10 days they are replaying the same. In this hot hot summer days how can we live with out little childs. If the problem arrises within you, are U quite keep by answering your minds ? is in't it ? what sir.
Please do the needful immediate. please understand as to why not i am not proceeding to the Consumer court against you company.

I think these people have started business without having the service center at all, never ever buy the product from these company (TCL) specially AC, more specifically all the AC's delivered in the 2007
I have made a mistake but purchasing a TCL A/C in the year 2007, This month the compressor of the A/C failed the service franchisee visited the palce and confired the same and told he will do the necessary procedure for the repalcement for the same and get it done in 3 to 4 days.
But 10 days has already has passed and i still have not received the compressor,
Talking with the top service incharge of the company Mr.K.M SUNDAR they are replying that we r not having any 1.5 ton compressor in stock at present and will sent you the same when we receive the same from our supplier.
I think the company is winding up its operation from india and they are not interested in giving the service any more
My problem is that my 1 month is suffering from the heat of visakhapatnam because of these third class company.
So i request people to stay away from the TCL
