[Resolved]  TCS E-Serve — Harrassment by HR person

I am an ex-employee of E-serve.Emp Id 14913
This is to highlight the rudeness and harrassment by the HR person associated with TCS EServe at Nirlon Knowledge Park at Goregaon(E). His name is Viraj Shirwadkar. I had spoken to him initially regarding the withdrawal of my PF which I had not done since long time due to personal reason, he sent me the forms to be filled and I sent the documents at the address entioned by him. Ater couple of days, received a courier asking for additional documents like bank attestation and undertaking since I was withdrawing PF after a gap.I got the necessary attestation by the Bank Manager after a lot of hesitation and sent the documents at the address (Nesco address)earlier on 14th May whioch was received by the courier person in the organisation on 17th May as per the POD received from the courier company. I emailed Viraj on 18th May to confirm if he has received the documents for which he replied stating "recd" after which i was a bit relaxed. Later on, after couple of days, I again mailed him to check if the claim has been submitted to PF office and acknowledgment for the same. At that time he replied stating that he has not received the documents whih made me worried and I started to enquire about the same with the courier and have been tensed all throughout. After continuous follow up,I came to know the office has shifted to Nirlon Knowledge Park and the documents have been sent from NESCO office to Nirlon Knowledge Park. I called up the courier desk at Nirlon Knowledge Park and spoke to Satish(Courier Boy) who after checking in the register confirmed that the documents from me have been received and handed over to Viraj on 18th May. But Mr. Viraj says that he has not received the documents and very well says that if you want your PF then send the documents again to his attention. I am pretty sure that he has received the documents and purposely harassing me. I request you to kindly provide me the ways how I can deal with this situation and if possible provide me with the senior management contact details at TCS E-Serve with whom I can speak.
