We have took the car from Team associates from kandivali west exchange office. Cheverelot spark in Oct 22 2009,and we were told about a scheme of advertisements on the car and they wil lpay us the installments for 5 years . They also paid the installments of 6000 for 1 year October to November. we had received the cheque only for 1 year and than installments were stop from last Nov 2010. We have signed an agreemnet copy too given by team associates for this agreement. Than after calling many times , the news came the office is closed and the concerns of that deal are in jail. after that we never received any payments and now we have to pay this installment from our pocket. Which according to the law if they promise and showed some deal but they did not come on their words. Cheated many customers like us . we want the solution and let us know what happen to these culprit will we get any kind of money after having an agreement on papers that they will repay. we have all the documents but we do not where we can approach and who will help us. we donot have much time andmoney to go in the court and file the case as it will take much more time. let me know through this way , we can get any compensation.
