Dear IT Pros,

I happened to work with Technosoft Global through a freiend's referrence. I quit from a good company and joined Technosoft based on their assurance that I will be placed in USA and will get better chance for growth and reach Managerial position. I worked with complete effort and enthusiams and even motivated the team members.. Within 3 months of joining, Things have started started turing grey to me..
But still I put my effort and manage dthe team with no support from the management. developed better rappot with the client and lead the team in a well manner.

Due to some reason project account was not renewed by teh customer and the project has been moved to another client in India. WIth no dealy in a matter of 2-3 days, we have been asked to resign the job and start looking out for new opportunities outside teachnosoft... There was no compensation or settlements done to the team memebers.. Our ID cards were deactivated and we have been instructed by teh security to not to come to office and we can collect the Relieving letter after 2 months.. and our last 2 months salary was also held stating that it will be settled after 45-60 days.. There wa sno such HR policy adopted or even been communicate dto the employees..

Also, they were supposed to Release the appraisal letter during Jan 2012. But they have released it during end of April 2012 and the teams last year efforts have gone for a waste and no hike was also offeered to our team members.

For a company having presence in Bangalore and USA, they made no efforts to retain teh staffs and utilize them for some othe rprojects or even wait for couple of months to utilize them for any new projects.... But they are ready to pay any amount to new joinees whenever a new project get signed..


So, I sincerely advise the young/enthusiastic IT professionals not to choose "Technosoft Global Services" as a place for your career development.
Plz don't ever join and update to your friends and collegues too..
