[Resolved]  Tele Brand — Ab king pro received without 3-4 parts

This is to inform you that I have been purchased Ab king pro from the co, on online shopping amounting to Rs.5700/- and I had received within 15 days with missing some spare parts, Accordingly I approached to costumer care she has agreed to dispatch the missing part.After 15 days when I was not not any communication from the co. I again approached to costumer care and She said you send Ab King pro to us then we will replace I send through courier vide AWB/Ref No. Z9158099 delivered on June-19th , 2013.But till date I have not received any response from the com. It is pertinent to mention here that I have been incurred an amount of Rs. 1500/- for courier charges from mu own pocket.
As such, it is requested to kindly lodge my complaint againt the co for making people fool.
