I am very sorry to say that your products are Crap and the service that you provide to customers is totally pathetic………..
I had purchased a 5 in 1 Air sofa somewhere in August 2007…. I got a faulty piece and to get it replaced I had to follow up and follow up and finally got a replacement nearly 45 days later…… I used the product for around 4 months and it started developing holes all of a sudden…. We had to go out of India so we kept the product as it is, so that we can repair it at a later stage….
On 4th February my wife delivered the faulty piece to your bhandup office to get it repaired….. I was told that it would be repaired and delivered within next 4 days…… I was told on 7th Feb that it had 5 holes and has been repaired and will be couried on the 9th Feb. I waited till 14thfeb. When I called your bhandup office on the 14th Feb., I was asked to fax the letter I submitted by me while delivering the product. I did it and waited for the person to call back from bhandup. She told me that the product will be delivered by 18th Feb. and today i am told some other story...I have still not received the product……… between 4th to 19th February I followed up with the customer service desk atleast 50 times and nobody spoke to me properly or was able to give me a convincing reply…
Today when my wife called your Bhandup office she was told that it has some problems and that somebody senior would talk to us……Is this the way you guys treat customers…. You guys advertise a lot boasting that the product that you show is very durable and it can sustain all weights and even kids jumping with spike shoes---. Is this what you call durability?? You are cheating your customers by giving false promises and advertising values which the product does not have at all……………….. I think it is now time for me to go to consumer court with my grievances, while you continue harassing your customer by transferring his phone calls from customer care office to some other office and again somewhere else…..

The product was finally said to be repaired and we collected it from the Bhandup office yesterday... went home inflated it and within 10 minutes it was flat...

i just wanted to bring to everbody's notice that how we are being cheated with products which teebrands boast of durability and the customer service is least bothered to even give us a reply...

hopefully somebody would look into this





You guys really need to be taught a lesson and after spending Rs7500 on this crap piece it shows how you cheat customers…….

I have purchsed a COMPAQ PRESARIO V3611 AU LAPTOP Sr. no.2CE7352TP1 in Feb. 2008. It started giving me trouble like white screen in Nov. 2008. Finally a approached to local Ahmedabad based service center : Xcort Micro Systems in Jan 2009. It was really unbearable to work with it. Sudden it becomes white and after 5-6 restarting efforts it might show. As usual I sent to service station they kept for 3 days and reported that it do not have any problem. It becomes measurable situation when presentation is going on. The warranty was about to over so they smartly killed some time (they are trained for it! It seems). Meanwhile when the problem occurred we rushed to service centre. Now they said that it is out of warranty and LCD replacement will cost you Rs. 11000/-.
Now who is at fault?. HP COMPAQ always fools customers. So I would like to warn other HP COMPAQ user to be careful. And new buyers not to purchase HP COMPAQ products because it has very short life.
Anyway it seems that HP COMPAQ are just do not care about customer and feel that no customer can do anything that what they told me. ‘You can go to anywhere and complain for us – we don’t care’ their last answer was just today!!!

It is better not to go for these kind of crap products. Actually they might be manufacturing all these in some cheap locality in India or China and are advertised / sold in India as German etc.

Earlier, I thought of purchasing 5-in-1 sofa. Now after reading number of complaints against tele-brands, I changed my mind.

Price & Service - Kumar Shoes, Bhandup

Hi All,

I had buy a lotto flotters from Kumar Shoes, Station Road, Bhandup. But I realize that the lotto flotters which are available for Rs. 250/= are been sold for Rs. 500/= & same for other brand shoes and chappals. Other than that, they remove the company price tag and stick their own price tag on it.

When asked about it, they argue and behave very rudely and in shameless manner.

They have the worst service, specially pricing issue.
 
Tell your enemies to buy product from Telebrands

I am very sorry to say that the product I get from Telebrands are just Crap and the service that they provide to customers is totally desatisfying………..
I had purchased a Nicer Dicer in May 2009…. I got a faulty part of the product and to get it replaced I had to follow up and follow up and finally got a replacement nearly 30 days later. By that time another part got damaged. This time they charged me Rs. 450 for replacement. I'm from West Bengal othrwise I must will teach them a lesson.
Telebrands advertise a lot saying their products are very durable. But in reality, they are cheating customers by giving false promises and advertising values which the product does not have at all.
We all have to go to consumer court with our grievances.

I just want to tell everbody please be aware about their cheating. Please tell others (except your enemies) not to buy any product from Telebrands.

It is quite disgusting that the contact numbers of service centres (kanpur) given on the web are all fake. Some say wrong number, and some are invalid...Compaq has imposed a negative image on my mind. I am not gonna make anyone to buy hp products, even they are in hurry when you contact them online.
No email responses too.

You are going to loose your customers, atleast me!

I have also purchased Slicer Dicer from Advt. of TV. The product I received is not qualitative and the Blades broken next day. I made many complain to replace the product, but in vain. No one on tall free numbers are trying to understand our problem, else, they speak abuse language. Reading above comments and experiencing for Slicer Dicer, which is still not, replaced I decided to drop idea to purchase Air longe sofa.

i purchase a air sofa the delivered it but on the next day it was dammage they are not replacing or picking my phone

I bought an aerospace sofa before 4 months. and it started developing holes. I repaired the holes with their provided repair kit. But again after few days pin sized holes occured. I used to contact their help line office for atleast 82 times but noone answered my call for a single time.I want sue bloody ***** telebrands. they are real coners.They impress people through their advertisement tricks..

How can these cheaters be taught a lesson? They are still doing away with the cheating business.No one is seems to take action on such loafers:(
