Telebrands India — Product not recieved

I ordered for an air lounge 5 in 1, .A parcel was sent to me by VP. I eagerly collected it and when opening, to my dissapointment i found that inside the parcel there was no air lounge, but many copies of - 10th Annual Report 2008-09, Innovation Courage Trust ADANI Mundra Port and Special Zone Limited. I lodged a complaint to the customer care and they asked me to send pack the parcel and its content which I did with additional expense from my pocket. But i was assured that I would be sent the airlounge when they recieve the pakage for which I put fith and am eagerly waiting

I ordered for a dicer order no 1655961 on 27th may 2009 but till now 18th of september I got NO delivery
my payment was payed by visa card

i have ordered a product from telebrands, i cant really tell the product name and its code no. but the product is been used for car scratch rmover . I had ordered this 2 weeks ago but still i havent recived my product so plz reply me the problem about wth as happen why is taking so long to get to me
