I RECEIVED ORDER ON 06/04/2010 BILL NUMBER V[protected] AND SAME FIRST DAY O[censored]SING PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE, I RETURN BACK PRODUCT ON 15/04/2010 TO TELEBRAND COMPANY, BUT TILL THE DAY I NOT RECEIVED PROPER RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE. CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER PROVIDED BY COMPANY IS NOT PICK ANY BODY. EVEN MY COMPLAIN NUMBER ALSO NOT GIVEN BY REPRESENTATIVE. I REQUEST TO PROVIDE NEW ONE INPLACE OF DEMAGE. STILL AWAITING RESPONSE.

I SEND MAIL BUT NO REPLAY RECEIVED FROM THEM AND MANAGER NOT TALK WITH WITH US. I AM PLANNING TO FILE COURST CASE IF NEW PRODUCT / MONEY REFUND NOT RECIEVED FROM THEM.

i have purchased a 5 in 1 sofa bed on 15 mar 2010 through PNB Credit Card. But it is leakage condition. I already registered the complaint on your costumer care No [protected] at about three or four times. Now I am not in condition to take this product and already despatched to you on 11 Jun 2010. I have paid for new product but your organisation make a fraud with me by giving a damaged item. Now I want to credit the amount in My account No [protected] PNB Anand Nagar, Bangalore-06. If I will not get the amount in 20 days I will go to consumer forum for the fraud made with me.
