Dear Concern,

I have Purchased AB Pro Circle from Telebuy through chennai spencer plazza out let. When i Got the delivery at home I have paid Rs/ 10694 . The machine which i have bought was not so worth while to pay so much coz the materials was not up to the quality. Since I paid the money i started to using the same and in a week time paint is started to peeling off and Calorie monitor is stoped working. The same i have informed to the customer care and they not even responding . I have send the mail to them but no response. Plz advice me how i go about it . I just want to get back my money.

    i purchased ab circle pro from telebuy on April 2012. Due to poor quality the machine created noise in the very next month.
    A complaint was lodged but no response for service. Telebuy call center people do not attend and disconnect the call when called from my number and also their replies are also not responsibe. The call center people answer very rudely and they not sending any person for service though assured for one year free warranty and service.

    Kindly resolve.
    pls take legal action and band this telebuy in order to avoid furthur more frauds.

      Hi,

      I have brought an excersie machine from telebuy on feb 5th. With in one month it got repaired 3 times.
      I called them to service and they sent service man once.
      It again got repaired and i called and asked them to sent for service man again but they dint sent any.That product cost is around 10,000 bucks and has one year warranty.
      But it has been just one month and hardly i used the machine properly.
      I asked them to replace the machine but they are not responding.
      Everytime they are saying we ll send person surely but for past one week i called them nearly 10times they havent sent any person till now.
      I request to taek severe action against them for fooling public and cheating them by spekaing very sweetly at the time of purchase and not responding once the product is sold.!!

      Please take action against them and stop them fooling anyone further.

          I placed an order for Ervamatin hair oil on Dec 12, 2009. I have been calling them since the said date. Initially whenever I called they used to say that the order will reach within a couple of days but I never received it. I mailed them also a couple of times, but to no avail.

          After one and a half years now, they are saying that they never received an order from me and that I need to contact CCAvenue to get my money back. They are even saying that I never called them before. They are saying that there are no calls from my number in there records. It is really pathetic.

          I hope that Consumer complaints can be of some help.

                customer service — Terrible experience with customer service people in Chennai

                Last saturday, I had a terrible experience with NOKIA customer care people in Chennai. I got my mobile (Model : 2310) repaired (speaker was not working), but the response given by the ladies at the desk was horrible.

                I was asked to wait for half-an-hour to get it repaired, which I gladly accepted. After waiting an hour, I asked about the status to two ladies at the desk. The third time, when i asked, one lady started shouting at me "are you not seeing that we are busy? we are not simply sitting".

                I felt very bad about the situation. My humble request is that they should be taught to deal with customers.

                I feel like not going to that care center the next time.

                I had purchased product ABTrack in Dec 6th 2010
                While using the machine for just one week I found some wounds on my knees.When i called the Customer care(January 2nd) of telebuy company to make the service. Till now (Called Customer Care for more than 5 times), no one has come to service the machine.                 Just I have purchased a Product the same Brand. The way the people are showing the advertisement it is not the same in practical . The money they are charging so high considering the material quality. Definitely the durabality is not more than 6months. And now chennai is the main source of corruption so we can not rely such people those are operating from chennai.
                Do n't purchase this product which has no weightage as they people are showing. It will your wise dicision not to purchase a AB Circle in stead of repend after purchase.
                I also bought a telebuy product 3 months back and the quality of service is very very poor.They simple dont respond to your complaints.We should take this to consumer rights group.

                Ordered Orbitrek Elite, After so many follow-ups a delivery persons comes mid night to deliver the product. My request was for converting to EMI, they also swiped the processing fee. Later no conversation happened, telebuy is happy enjoying the fund and I am getting charged on my card the interest every time.

                I have called the customer care n no of times, no one takes initiative to solve the problem since April I am running behind these customer care to solve it.

                Ridiculous service. My advise is to band these types of companies.

                I am going to log a case against these guys to the customer court.

                I got call from TelebuY and informed me that I win prize of 8gms gold coin and Samsung mobile. They asked me to pay Rs.3000. I got cheated after receiving the parcel from post. I received only Gold plated coins that too not even worth for 100rs. plz plz don't accept these offers and call form them. I frankly tell that they are cheating us, our valuable money. Even after that I called them and scold for this, I got these answers,

                again I got "plz tell me ur courrier ID, we will check, then end the call",

                very worst customer service by telebuy. better do not buy any telebuy products. they sell defective product and for replacement you need to travel almost 40 to 50km on your own to get it rectified. Better to try some other brand instead of telebuy. Do not get attracted with TV adds
                Tele buy is only fooling people with their spending on Ads. rather very poor in customer service and their satisfaction. A part if they spend in meeting customers complaints will atleast redeem their image.I am one of the dissatisfied customer.

                Hi,
                Ordered 2 Table Mates through Telebuy India over phone. Got it delivered on Nov 15th 2014 at my home Chennai. One was delivered faulty ( where the table top does not sit FLAT). Raised a compliant with Telebuy customer card within another 20mins of delivery. Told that it will be replaced free of cost at door step. But till not no positive response from customer card on replacement. Very IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE and treating customer like a DOG after product delivery.

                Telebuy - Air Wave Fryer NOT working


                Hello, My name is Sibin. I have bought a Telebuy’s Air Wave Fryer on 02.Dec.2014. It is NOT working.

                The courier guy informed me that he would deliver it by noon. I waited for the courier guy for 2 hrs but he didnt show up and finally I called him to check where he was.He shouted saying he can't deliver it and asked me to wait for two more days.He cursed me very badly saying telebuy delivers the products my afternoon and they can't provide an ETA for the end cusromer delivery..When the same incident was reported to telebuy they provided a standard response saying "we will check and get back" But didn't hear back from them after that. so won't recommend this to anyone.. Bad customer care response and uncultured delivery team who uses abusive language against to the customers.

                TeleBuy is a No.1 fraud company. Customer care service is utter waste.

                If you are uneducate, they will cheat you very nicely and you will lose thousands of money. Be careful with Telebuy product.

                I am Karthik from Tirupur, village area. I saw a ad in TV for Sewing machine and i called to Customer care to enquire more about the product. After they said the information about the product, they asked me to place order on the same day to avail offer price. I said, give me 1 day time to discuss with my parents and from that day i got lot of calls from Manimala (customer care girl) to place order and tortured me a lot. Finally because of her torture, i placed a order and received product on the very next day. I was shocked with quicker delivery. They might think customer can escape to reject the order, so delivered very soon.

                It was worked on 1st day with small hiccups and from 2nd day, it started giving trouble and it stops working. I called to customer care and girl (Akila) responded very badly that she doesn't even know how to deal with customers. I informed about the condition of Sewing Machine and she coolly replied that if you want to service the machine, go and give it to nearest service center (i.e In Erode).

                Do you think, i spent thousands of rupees to buy this useless bad quality machine and walk to your service place frequently ?

                In the beginning Manimala informed me that in case of service necessity, give a call to customer care. They will come and give service at doorstep. But, after so many enquiries with Service center team, i came to know that there is no such doorstep service available.

                Why she wants to give such FALSE STATEMENT to sell the product to achieve her monthly target. Is this the way her Managers trained her to give FALSE STATEMENT ?

                I called to customer care for service from day 2 and still not even get a valid response from their side.

                Ashamed on your worst service.

                People, my humble request that not to buy any product from Telebuy. Then you have to suffer a lot by losing money, patience and everything.
