Industries in Residential areas

I am an Indian Citizen living in the so called Coimbatore Corporation. I have my own house in S.No.594, new Ward No.35, Coimbatore Corporation which is reported to be and also classified to be as a Residential area - Type II. But only as per records its residential area. Only industries are operated in this area. Even after repeated complaints to District Collector since 2010, there is no response till date. I dont' know whether collector is available in the state or his hears are deaf. Because of these industries, my kids & elderly parents are suffering a huge. On the other side, I have to spend lot of my salary portion to hospitals & medicines, which is a costly affair for the salaried person like me. Other than this we have only sleepless nights for a long time. The Workshops & machineries are running 24 * 7 * 365 days. If any body or gentlemen has any idea about this, please kindly help me. Respected sir,

(*Subject:* Two years BC scholarship money for merit
not yet received)

I am Arunkumar.S an engineering student who passed out in 2011
(lateral entry) from Coimbatore Institute of Engineering & Technology
College (2008-2011 batch), categorized under ANNA UNIVERSITY COIMBATORE. I
am a merit student eligible for the endowment of scholarship by the
Government of Tamil Nadu. I have not yet received my scholarship amount for
the past two years (2009-2010 & 2010-2011) from my college.

My scholarship amount per year is Rs.7400/- and I have received Rs.7400/-
only once during the session 2008-2009 when I was pursuing my 2nd year
engineering. Also I have submitted all the necessary application forms to
get my merit scholarship and gone through all formalities on schedule.

The college administration also had taken steps to solve this
problem but there is no proper response from the Education Department,
Government of Tamil Nadu. Our queries were just ignored, stating that there
is no proper fund provided for scholarship from the Government of Tamil
Nadu and the college administration has no idea when it will come.

The scholarship money is my right and I am writing this
complaint letter after a great disappointment given by the authorities.
This money is really important in shaping my carrier. So, I hope the
concern authorities and department will take necessary action against this
as soon as possible and it’s my humble request.
