The New India Assurance — Mediclaims yet to refund since 4 years
Self , Ranjan Kumar Mishra had gone a surgery at Jaslok Hospital on 15/04/2006 and submitted the relevant medical documents for the mediclaim well valid but to my surprise the New India Assurance has yet to refund though the time lapsed nearly 4 years.My mediclaim policy no is 110900/34/06/20/00007897.The worst thing is that I have sent many letters but the company is neither replying or nor giving me time to meet their manager.
