The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. — Denial of Insurance Claim

This is in reference to my claim in oriental insurance ltd., The policy no. of my bike is 923428.
Unfortunately, My Bike is damaged on dated 04.03.2010 at around 1:00 pm in an accident occured at ISBT.

I am fed up with the services provided by you. I have been using your service for the last 2 years and this is the very first time, I claimed for the Insurance. Its been more than 3 months and I havent recieved any positive response on the behalf of the company. Mr. Chawla ([protected]), the most sarcastic person I had ever meet in my entire life, has no manners to intract with the customer. Whenever call him, he just drop the call between the conversation and after that do not pick up the call. As per him, customer is responsible for all the documentation starting from Bill to providing survey report at the time of taking the policy.

I have repaired my Bike in Rajiv Raj, Bhajanpura, Delhi & submitted all the documents required for the claim to Mr. Rakesh ([protected]), the person aurthorised for claim. After completion all the process, Mr. Chawla (Person concerned for survey) has survey my bike & get the all clarities in showroom. Rajiv Raj Bajaj repaired my bike & confirmed to Mr.Chawla. I have paid my all bills & received my bike, I have submitted all document to Mr. Chawla but after all I am not getting any clearance from deputed Person where should i go to check the status of payment, Always he told to us that I am not responsible about this, I have submitted document to proceeding office please follow there. Mr. Chawla has provided office detail but there is no intimation about my claim. However, the claim amount is not really big but still services are really really irritating.

Kindly take the action as earliest my claim processed. Althought I am not expecting any postive response from the team
