[Resolved]  The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. — non settlement of mediclaim under policy - 423300/48/2013/2799 of B.Vani K. Naik

Mediclaim was made in the month April 2013.It was rejected erroneousely stating that the Pol.has not completed min.of 2 years though the policy was in force for the last 6 years.The details of the previous pols. was submitted on 21st May 2013.Several reminders were sent.But there was no response.
