[Resolved]  The Times Of India — Not receiving of GIFT against the subscription of TOI in Oct 2009

Sir/Madam,

I have subscribed TOI on 27th Oct 2009, Order No. DAC0012811 under Times ‘Celebration Offer’ in which we were to receive GIFT i.e., A specially Customized Travel Bag. As per Terms and Conditions, gift was to be delivered to us within 8-9 weeks after realization of our Cheque, Dt.[protected], drawn on Punjab & Sind Bank, Sector- 24, NOIDA. But after repeated reminder to my vender (on which he always tells to call on Reader Service Cell) and trying ‘Reader Service Cell’ on[protected] several times (which is never picked by anyone) , I never received any gift till now i.e., February- end .

I request you please look into the matter and order the concerned person to deliver my gift as soon as possible.
