[Resolved]  Tiger Airways — fraud

hello sir,

my name is ravikumar patel . i book a flight from a tiger airways online.. my flight was suppose to departuring perth international airport 6 october 2010 at 21:35 to singapore and reach at 2:50 hours. And from singapore my timing for departure to india was 8:30 and reach india chennai airport at 10:00.
returning schedule was 8 november 2010 from chennai at 23:45 to singapore reach at 06:20. and from singapore 9 november 2010 at 15:50 to perth at 21:05.

but they said my flight from singapore was cancle n due to i am having combo flight they have cancle my flight from perth to singapore n singapore to chennai. n they made a this changes without letting me know. and while i called them they said they tryed to call me but they didnt reach me..sir my cell was 24 hours on .. but i havent got any call. than next day i ask tiger airline chackout dest that can u print me my new tickit they said they cant... n i didnt had time to print tickit.. i went to airport on d said day but due to canclation of my flight they didnt allowed me to board. than next day i went n board. due to this i has to cancle a flight from a spice jet chennai to ahmedabad. n buy a new tickit.. which cost me alot. in beetween while i reach to singapore i asked them to print me a new tickit.. they gave me new schadule tickit.. i was surpirsed because my return tickit had changes too . same way my flight was suppose to leave chennai on 8 novemer 2010 but they made it 9 november 2010 . i asked them how the service dest lady said me this wat she can see in computer. i thouight this is my new schedule. n accepted. but while i was returning to perth. i went to chennai on 9 november to board they said my flight was for yesterday .. i shaw them all documents but they said tiger airways in chennai is run by air india people so they cant do anything . n they didnt wanted to listen anything n they didnt allowed me to board. they didnt allowed me to board on the flight wchich was going to perth. n they didnt made any kind of substitute for me. or they didnt help me out in anyway .than i return to ahmedabad and bought a new tickit from emirats airlines. n all toghether wat i suffure during this is only i know. i didnt wanted to sit in flight any more.. i was mentally made during d time.. i didnt seen chennai .. n i have passed a time at airport for whole night n next day till 4. after when i reach to ahmedabad every one was considering me made... they make a fun at me .. n they said tiger airways made a fun at me too ..

sir i came back n try to find out contact them by mail but they havent provide any of e mail address. they provides telephone number n i am so busy here ...n i dont wanna call them as only call center persons are talking n even they are not ready to listen anything . wat i need to do.i have all d supporting documents which clearly said there wasnt my fault. everything cost me alot. almost. i want my money back. wat i need to . i wanna file a case on them. i will remember this all for my life time as bad dream.. but i havent thought this wat gonna happend with me. i have suffer alot because of this. n i realised that this wat hell is. so in between i have seen hell sir. think how much suffer i have feel.
