It is brought to your kind notice that there are around 118 shops in the DDA market 20B Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018 which is about 20 years old.
In the past, the parking space provided for the market had been encroached and amalgamated with the Guru Amardass public school premises by the powerful and cohesive group Shri Harbans Singh Alagh R/o 20B/29-30, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. He is the long time chairman of the school. He is the pradhan of local Gurudwara, Pradhan Pishori Biradri and chief patron of local RWA and has complete control in the area.
Recently through his associates he has demolished the two bathrooms and PIAO provided by DDA (slum market), there by causing huge loss to the govenment property and inconvienence to shop owners. The motive to demolish the bathroom was to grab the land and join it with his adjoining shop.
Request you to please investigate, and guilty punished under the strict relevent provisions of criminal law.
