[Resolved] Times Magazine — Non receipt of complimentary gifts | |||
We have received an offer through a brochure that there is an offer for Deutsche Bank customers for subscribing to Times Magazine for 1-3 years at Rs 47/- per issue. For the minimum subscription for 1 year, there was Time 4- Piece Travel Set. The subscription voucher was to be mailed in a pre paid envelope within 14 days. I have done the same, and later on received a message from the card site that my account has been debited by Rs 2646 towards the payment to M/S Living Media India Ltd. The magazine is being received at my mailing address, but the gift items have not been received even after a lapse of more than 2 months.I may request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to get the gifts despatched at the earliest. If the same can't materialise, the amount may be returned on pro-rata basis after deducting the cost of the number of issues sent @ promised Rs 47/- per issue.My address is Capt Deepak Sagar, A1/603, Florida Estate, Keshav Nagar , Munshwa, Pune-411036. Times Magazine — Non receipt of assured articles.
I received a letter from Time (Magazine) for annual subscrption with assured gift of a suitcase, a backpack, multipurpose waist band and a laptop bag. I accepted the offer and agreed to pay one year's subscription and sent the letter in the month of October, and the amount was realised from me after a laps of one month in November, 2010. The first of the weekly dated 06/12/2010. I sent E-Mail asking them the gift items which they replied will be sent within 8 to 10 weeks from the first issue. But till date I have not received the gifts and in addition Ihave not received the weeklies dating 13/12/2010, 03/01/2011 & 17/01/2011. They are sending introduction cards for introducing others, One of my friend asked me to show the gift I received. What shall I show?
