Times Of India — paper not delivered since 3 weeks & charging for hindustan times which i didn't order | |
my hindustan times subscription ended in nov 2008 & the vendor delivered the paper till jan & he is charging money for the paper which i did'nt order so he is cutting off the subscription from times of india from which he can make the money and the TOI is not renewing my subscription for the next 6 months.
